Refund after the billing cycle has started

Hello, I am cancelling my home internet plan tomorrow (Aug 31) but my card was charged on Aug 29 for the next billing cycle (september) but I won't use it since I'm moving to a new place, can I get a refund? thanks!

Sorry to hear about the situation encountered.

In this case, be sure that you return the modem, and after Fizz confirms the modem as received, you will receive a refund for the payment.

Don't worry you will be refund

Good to know: Based on the date you unsubscribe, you will receive a prorated refund for the monthly fee you paid based on the days left, if any, in your payment cycle. Once your modem is returned, please allow (approximately) 4-6 weeks to receive your refund.
