Sorry to hear about the situation encountered.
It appears that in your case, we will have to swap again the old Sim card with the new one, as the situation should be resolved once we do the change one again.

You seem to be several in this situation for two days. I believe that the only solution will be to contact Fizz support.
You can go on that page : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/abcs-fizz-mobile-services and clic on the green "?" at the right bottom corner. The chat seemed to be broken earlier today, but now, it works for me.

Si vous tentez d’activer votre nouvelle carte SIM VoLTE et que vous recevez un message d’erreur, merci de continuer d’utiliser votre ancienne carte SIM pour le moment. Nous vous recontacterons. Si vous n’avez plus de réseau, il vous faudra réactiver votre ancienne carte SIM. "

Non, le PUK sert a dévérouiller une carte à puce après plusieurs mauvais NIP. Malheureusment, il n'est pas possible de soit-même réactiver une ancienne carte.

I had the same problem, I went to the email to order the Sim card again & was able to reactivate my old Sim card back

I love you. That solved it. By going back to the original e-mail and ordering a new free SIM card, I could now go back to manage my plan and click on Change SIM card and simply activate the old one. Thank you so much.
