Activation of SIM

why isn't my new sim card working? I followed the instructions and it is telling me (as of 535pm friday aug 26) that it did not save my previous selection and please resubmit my order. My old Sim is deactivated. what do i do?

    Sorry to hear about the situation encountered.


    It appears that in your case, we will have to swap again the old Sim card with the new one, as the situation should be resolved once we do the change one again.
