Help please

hello,

my network connection to fizz has stopped working. My plan is active. I reset the network, restarted multiple times, nothing changed. It shows a message "sign in to network" and it does not show any thing after click on the message!

I really do not know how can I fix it!😞

How can I contact technical support by phone or direct massage (not a bot!)?

    July 7 2022 11 h - We are noticing a much higher than normal volume of contacts. In part, due to the moving season. As well, we identified an issue with our mobile service. Some members cannot make/receive calls or send/receive texts or use mobile data. Our team is working to address the situation. Fizz apologizes for the inconvenience this may be causing you.

    Hi Johnathan,

    Fizz is 100% on line, here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly for any question or help, they will be able to provide you advice as well as precise answers to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

    I am having the same issue this morning. It asks me to sign in to the network. I have checked the APN, they are correct, (or at least they match what is they say on their website).

    Did you solve the issue @Johnathan_G ?

    I have the same problem! I can not make any phone calls. Error message: "your current plan does not allow us to connect this call"

    and other can not call me, error message: "this number is not in service "

    What is going on Fizz? The Chat bubble increases my position in the queue! (from 62 I went down to 60 and now up to 82!)

    Similar issue. I tried some of the solution in https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/2634013/no-mobile-data

    I also buy a data add on even if I add a enough according to my summary (in case as an user report that it didn't reflect the reality). It didn't work right away so I shutdown, remove the sim. put it back on and reboot.

    Now I have data working.

    I don't know if it was the add on or the removing of the sim that fix my issue...

    Similar issue here !

    Tried to reboot my phone multiple times but didn't fixed the issue. I also tried to reset the internet settings but didn't worked either...

    Fizz please fix this.

    Anybody got the service back? I have the same issue. I cant make calls or even go to the internet. When the phone tries to register at Fizz, gets back a time out and shows webpage Fizz not available.

    Any solutions?

    I beleive there is a problem with Fizz network. The SMS works fine. Calls are not working. I tried all the solution written in this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-receive-any-calls-on-my-phone

    None worked!

    @Fizz Please fix this or at least say in your website that there is a network issue! I really need my phone working again soon!

    I can't reach them. It's been an hour I am on waiting line on their chat... On another tab I tried to reach them on Facebook, but still no answer. I guess we are a lot to try to contact them.

    Same problem, just adding a comment to add to the fact that there is definitely an issue here so people know it's not their phone or whatnot and to flag it to the Fizz team so they can work on it.

    @Dapfizzer something is going on, there is a network issue.

    I cant use my fizz phone. it says its not connected to fizz, when trying to connect to fizz, it times out showing a webpage not available. I am in Montreal, Qc. Cant make calls or use internet since this morning. Does not sign in to Fizz at all.

    Similarly here! After almost an hour and hlaf, the chat simply dropped saying Sorry we could not find any agent!

    The Facebook is still trying to get me an agent!

    @Dapfizzer @Whizz any advice / news?

    I’m having the same problem, no calls, good standing account, incoming and out going calls says it’s disconnected and I Have LTE on my phone. Been waiting on quee for quiet some time now. Hopefully they can get it resolved soon

    My phone stopped working today, exactly when they charged me for a new month. Something happened with the start of the new month.

    Have you tried restarting your phone?

    Which phone model are you using? Make sure your phone software is up to date and your phone must be compatible with Fizz network - https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices.

    To use mobile data, make sure that the APN settings on your phone are correct - https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn

    If you are outside of Quebec/Ottawa, make sure to enable the roaming option on your phone.

    Of course I restarted the phone. Phone was working perfectly until around 8am then suddenly stopped. Curiously, today was my charge day, so I guess there is some issue with the beginning of the new month cause as soon as I was charged in my credit card, the service disappeared. Anybody has the same situation?

    I’ve been having the same issue. My plan is active, all bills paid and have enough days yet I am unable to make phone call or use my data. Every time I try to go online I’m 62 to 82.

    You are right, it is down again for me too. It worked for 15 minutes and now the "Sign in to fizz network" notification is back... -___-

    @Whizz It doesn't work for me. It's 3:19 pm. My dad has tried to call me at least 4 times and I'm unable to pick up the phone. I can't even perform outgoing calls either. This could become very damaging.
