Have you seen Whizz Eugen's reply to your previous quesiton? Did you check the status of the order on your Fizz account?
They are really sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,
They have verified your account and I see that the iPhone you bought was delivered to you on April 8th. The package was signed by you at that date.
Also, since April 8th, you have not contacted our customer support team in order to help you with this matter.
You can verify the package tracking in your Fizz account> my settings> order history> and you have all the details there.
