Fizz never shipping my phone ,but paybright charge me two times!!!awful!!!
I ordered one Iphone12 pro max,Fizz never shipping !!!!
But Paybright charge me 51.98$ x 2 month,I call paybright ,they told me --That is Fizz's problem!!!
So, for now ,I can not see this Iphone12 pro max order on my account ,also I can not cancel tihs order,I need refund!!! I need one good selution for this issue , I dont want Paybright charge me one more time on June for Iphone12 pro max I've never seen!!!

I have verified your account and I see that the iPhone you bought was delivered to you on April 8th. The package was signed by you at that date.
Also, since April 8th, you have not contacted our customer support team in order to help you with this matter.
You can verify the package tracking in your Fizz account> my settings> order history> and you have all the details there.
