After suspending my home internet after paying?

Y’all came up with reasons like your site was during maintenance so you couldn’t access my account but it has been two days that I don’t have internet but y’all gladly took money from bank account on Thursday but can’t provide the services I’m paying for

this is theft

    You can try to disconnect the power cord from the back, wait for 30 seconds and then plug it back in to see if this will help, if you made the payment your internet must be back.
