I have ordered a new phone on Fizz Web Site Three days ago.

I used Paybright. and they agree my payment

I have not receiveid confimation of my order.

I let a message yesterday to Paybrigth, to ask them if they have receive my order.

No reply for the moment, I want to know if I willvmake an order again

I am very disappointed.

    As I verified your account, I noticed that you have a device order, however, it is not completed.

    I kindly inform you that I have escalated this situation to our technical team for further verification. 

    I opened a ticket from your account and you can follow the progress of your ticket in your Fizz account in the Overview section of your account and then click on "My settings" "My tickets".

    As soon as we have a resolution, we will reach back to you via e-mail with all the information needed.

    You can see the status of all your Fizz orders in your Order history.

    1. Log into your account and go to My Settings
    2. Click on Order history See details.
    3. Click on the shipping number to see on the carrier’s website the details of your delivery.
    4. If there’s any inconsistency with the delivery information you see, contact the carrier directly.
    5. If the carrier cannot help you, contact us using the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner of this FAQ during our business hours so we can open a ticket for this issue.
