Whenever I leave Montreal or the province of Quebec, I can't text or call

Every time that I leave the province I no longer have service even though my plan coverage includes Canada. Whenever I leave for Ontario for example, I can no longer call or text. I currently have the iPhone 11 so I doubt it's due to the phone, is there any reason for this? If so, how can I fix this?

    Hi @FizzNoWorkie

    Check the network operator configuration, it seems to me that you fix the Fizz operator, you need to select Automatic

    iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz

    Easiest way setup Network Selection on Automatic and for Data Roaming ON. If is not switching automatically to Fizz.ext try a manual scan for networks or just leave it on airplane mode for couple minutes and then turn it on. I did like this also in the US and worked great.
