Please try to reset your login password from our website.

Once you're logged in, you can update the payment method from My settings > payment method > add new payment method.

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
