Account id and account pin when porting Fizz phone number to other provider
Hi, I've tried every combo of account id, imei, 1234, etc as account pin when trying to port my current number from Fizz to another provider but I can't seem to do the right thing since I always get : Transfer StatusThe order needs attention before processing can continue. - Account number, PIN or Account information incorrect.
I know my IMEI 15 decimal and my Fizz account number 8 decimal but I don't have a PIN number. Also, tested with and without the accent I've got in my french name (special character : é).
Nothing works! Please help.
