It's the same for everyone. Since Monday, April 25, the points earned on the community are not transferred onto our account. It seems this has happened before, but Fizz will make it right soon enough and all our earned points will be transferred over!

Many of us have the same problem. Do we have to ask Fizz to open an individual ticket on our own account ?

Doesn't make sense to have to open a ticket to every single person to be able to fix the problem...

It seems like this isn't fixed yet. I answer questions and nothing changes in my account. Those who opened a ticket, did it solved your situation?
