Having checked in my tools, I can see that there is currently a disconnection reported in your area and this interferes with the network connection to that specific node.Rest assured, a team has been dispatched on-site to deal with this and remedy the matter as soon as possible.I would suggest you keep an eye on your modem from time to time and monitor the behaviour of the led lights.If you see any change, restart the modem and test your connection again.Have a fine day,Andrei

Have you tried checking that the cable is well threaded ?
And rebooting the modem by disconnecting the power for 30 sec. is always a good try.

Same here. No Internet for two days. Lack of communication. Customer support said this is a local issue, that's why they didn't list this issue on their website. Speechless.
