Internet down in Nuns Island (pointe-Nord)

Hi, anyone else having problems with the Internet in nuns island? It’s been down for like 30 minutes…

I understand and I'm sorry to learn about the inconvenience.

Having checked in my tools, I can see that there is currently a disconnection reported in your area and this interferes with the network connection to that specific node.
Rest assured, a team has been dispatched on-site to deal with this and remedy the matter as soon as possible.
I would suggest you keep an eye on your modem from time to time and monitor the behaviour of the led lights.

If you see any change, restart the modem and test your connection again.

And if the problem still persists, I suggest you to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about possible network work in your area, and if not, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

I live in nuns island pointe nord too and I have no internet since this morning. My downstream led is blinking. The support told me on messenger

Still down since yesterday approx 10 am in Pointe Nord (nuns island). Any idea when it will come back? I’m working from home :s
