You have the worst customer service I have ever seen and your billing practices are appalling. Seriously pick a day that you are going to bill me AND STICK TO THE GOD DAMN DAY! Things have been really bad lately for me and I don't need you billing me two days before my billing date when there is no money on my card. I just put money on my card and low a behold you bill early again, which affects my credit. Do this again and I'll cancel both my phone service and internet with you because this is ridiculous. I don't care if I have to pay more, at least I will have better customer service!

I don't know how long you have been a Fizz customer, but late last year, Fizz sent out an email to all customers informing them that as of February 2022, the payments will be changing from being processed 24hrs before cycle expiration, to 72 hours before expiration. This was done due to popular demand, to ensure that if a payment problem happens, that people have time to react and correct any issues, before their service is cancelled (since Fizz service is a prepaid service). From now, it will be 72hours prior to cycle expiration.
However, having said that, It was officially supposed to start as of Feb 17, 2022. Here are some threads which indicated also.

PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..
