Why do I have a 1 month free that still has not been paid by fizz
My phone was not working for an entire month then I was toold I would get a credit since then CRICKET!!! yet again every month I need to pay while they still has not been compensated.

you should directly contact the customer service to resolve that isue. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.
