    Hi Lisa,

    on my side everything works perfectly well. You should clear your cache as well as clear your history, also log in with a private window (ingognito), otherwise you can use another web browser. If you can, you can also try to connect from another device.

    Hello @Lisaring , as @Dapfizzer pointed out try using your browser in incognito/provide mode/window. This is always better when accessing the Fizz site for anything. If this doesn't work, try a different browser or a different device If someone uses the same computer to log in to a different Fizz account, set the browser not to remember log in information. If you think someone tried to gain access to your Fizz account without your knowledge/permission, try following the process as if you forgot your password.
