Delivery delay

Hi

I ordered SIM and mobile on Jan 1st, 2021, the expected delivery was on Jan 3rd. It's been more than 5 days. I haven't received my mobile and SIM yet. I'm new to Canada and badly need a mobile number. There is no tracking number to the order either. Please give me a solution.

    On a closer inspection of your account's details and the order of the Samsung Galaxy A52, I can see that it was honoured today, January 7th at 10:23 AM.

    Also, your mobile plan is active and running.

    Hi,

    you can see the status of all your Fizz orders in your Order history.

    1. Log into your account and go to My profile.
    2. Click on Order history See details.
    3. Click on the shipping number to see on the carrier’s website the details of your delivery.
    4. If there’s any inconsistency with the delivery information you see, contact the carrier directly.
    5. If the carrier cannot help you, contact us using the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner of this FAQ during our business hours so we can open a ticket for this issue.

    *The delivery date indicated on your order summary is meant as a guideline; shipping is done by a third party, and Fizz cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

    Where can I see my Fizz order history?


    Your Fizz Order history lists every piece of hardware you have bought on the Fizz website, for example: SIM cards or modems. You will be able to see what you purchased, when, and see the delivery status for each order.

    Your Order history does not list your Fizz plan payments and transactions (it only contains placed orders that were shipped). To view your plan payments and transactions, see Where can I see my Fizz plan payments?

    To see a list of all your past Fizz orders:

    1. Go to My Profile in your Fizz account.
    2. Scroll to the menu below your usage update and select Order history.

    Hello, I got mine really fast. I hope you will get yours today. Maybe with holidays there is no service for January 1st and 2nd. Either way, reach the customer service. They probably have a tracking number. Hope you the best. Cheers

    I receive mine too super fast. Maybe it’s because the holidays.

  • Hello, as others have pointed out you can check your order history in your account. If Fizz has sent you an email with a tracking number, you can check its location and delivery status online with the courier company. If you want to contact Fizz Customer Service, you can use the Contact Form in My Settings or the Chat feature others have mentioned. Good luck.
