Voicemail is not working anymore?

My voicemail worked fine in the beginning with Fizz and now people are telling me that they are leaving me messages and I am not getting them. Any suggestions?

Is your voicemail full? That could be the reason

not sure if same issue but i'm having issues too. Probably issue on their side that no1 cares enough to try to fix

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
Please make sure that your storge is not full.
Your voicemail has a 35 messages maximum capacity.
Please try deleting some old messages and see if this will fix it.
