Paying bills dont give me any points is my account bugged
It seems that ive been stuck with the same amount of points for months is this normal? Ive been with fizz since BETA and im still struggling to get lvl 5. While my sister that i referred like a year after ive been with fizz she is already almost like 6 without doing ANYTHING. help please

you'll have to contact the customer service to resolve this specific isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
