Fizz lags vs Videotron
When I switch from Videotron to Fizz the Videotron guy laugh and told me : "you will be back soon"
With the same 100Mo speed I experience too many lags (mainly in the evening) and I am very close to get back to Videotron or go to Bell.
Please Fizz, do something quickly

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I just verified your connection and from my side, everything is looking ok.
I could not verify your WIFI connection, I assume that you are using a personal router.
