Need help entered card number wrong 2 many times

Trying to be a fizz customer so i bought a sim car tried to set up everything went smpothly until the payment. I noticed it wasnt going thru after attempting like 10 tomes or more after i noticed mistake i corrected it then when i hit the next button it notified me that ive entered the wrong card number too many times. Ive try to chat call and contact fizz directly but neither semm to work out! Need help!

    Please access it and after a few seconds, a green bubble should appear in the bottom right-hand corner. Press that bubble and select the chat from there.

    Having difficulties, and you reached the maximum number of attempts? 

    If a message informing you that you have reached the maximum number of attempts pops up, contact our Customer Service team: log into your Fizz account and simply click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner during our business hours.

    1- Connectez-vous à votre compte (voir en haut à droite) https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/overview

    2- Tout bloqueur de publicité de votre navigateur doit être désactivé. 

    3- Vous devez être sur une fiche d'aide: https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/resoudre-un-enjeu

    4- La bulle verte devrait apparaître en bas à droite de la page, cliquez et choisissez clavardage.

    Hi you should open a ticket and if it doesn't work, maybe try to cancel your subcriptions and re-do it again. It happened to me and you have to cancel inside 15 or 25 days to get refund no questions asked and then you reactivate the same sim card again. Good luck
