I recently had troubles with my credit card. Due to a unpaid balance my account was blocked. I paid the balance with 2 days late and I received a confirmation email from fizz but I can't receive or send any calls or messages.

Did you try restarting your phone?
You can check the status of your plan on your aFizz account. Also check the transaction history on your account to make sure the payment was successful.
