If you cancelled your appointment and you do not reschedule it, you will be refunded for the first payment.
To speed up the process, you can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
They will surely be able to help you.

Thank you for your question!
After you cancel the appointment, the order will be canceled as well. When the plan is canceled in the system, you will be refunded automatically.
As I verified your account, you were already refunded for the amount paid. You can see that by going into your account >my settings > transaction history.

Also, you will see the refund in your bank account in the following days.
