I chose 'Self Installation' but found a 'one time charge' posted to my billing account.
I am new here, how do I connect a Fizz customer service for this billing issue?
This was surely an error if you did not request VIP installation.
Contact customer service to get it straightened out.

What amount were you charged?
Fizz is prepaid. When we sign up for Fizz home internet, we are charged the first month's plan fee + taxes.
And the second charge will be made one month after your installation date.
Fizz is a prepaid service, so the first charge you get charged is your FIRST month of service. BUT even though it is charged now, it will be applied on the day of the installation, and then every month after that.
Here on the forum, we are users.
You can also check your transaction history of your Fizz account to see the details of this charge.
