re-open threads and stop closing them

I have an ongoing problem but now I can't updates because Fizz closed it. Please reopen it. You are closing threads way too fast.

I'd like to tell them by chat but the button doesn't work because it's buggy today.

    No. My calls do not drop after 10 seconds. I never said that. Your agent did not wrote it well. The issue is that people on the other end, randomly, do not hear me for 5 to 15 seconds. It's also documented in my other thread.

    However, this thread here is not about this issue. It's about you closing threads too fast :)

    You should raise the time limit that you close threads, should be 365 days or so.

    You also have another issue with your chat, it's quite broken. I think it doesn't work when you have no agents in the chat. So you should have a message saying "No agents available" instead of people clicking on the chat button and nothing is happening. The chat button is always broken in Firefox, I was able to make it work once in Chrome.
