Cant send message with Fizz, error 38
I keep getting error 38 everytime i try to send text messages. I can receive text messages, but i cannot send message, nor can i call or get called by anyone. When i call, it tell me that my current plan does not allow it, even though i have Canada wide coverage.
I has been 5 days since it started, 4 since my ticket has been open. Now one day would be understandable, but how am I supposed to deal with 5 days (an counting) of being unreachable.
I don't know what to do, please help.

Iunderstand and I'm sorry to learn about the inconvenience.
I checked on our end and a ticket was opened in this situation a few days ago.
Youwill be notified by us via email once a solution has been found by our secondary team.
You can check on the ticket's progress from your Fizzaccount under My settings->My tickets.
