How to change my fizz account password ?
went to My settings / Personal infos
then type mu current password , the new one, confirm again...but nothing happen, no button or or prompt to confirm change ! I tried but didn't work, I had to use my previous password !
what are permitted characters ?? (special characters allowed? or just letters, numbers ..)
so how do I change my online password to login to fizz.ca ??

I would advise you to delete the cache and cookies from your browser, use another browser, or even try to connect from a different device. It could be a temporary server or browser. issue. Try it again but after disconnecting and reconnecting yourself first, sometime it resolve the issue...

May sound like a dumb and obvious question, but I am assuming that after you enter your credentials, you hit the "save" button that is on the top right of the "personal info section" ?

good point: i actually cannot see the save button !!!
maybe that's why ! dont know what is going on with my account !
i may have to contact fizz support as suggested by Radu.
