Can't sign up for phone plan!

Hiii! I just switched to fizz for my at home internet and that went smoothly but every time I try to look at the phone plans, I get to the part where they ask you to either purchase a sim or activate it and when I click on either one it just redirects me to sign in every single time. I've tried so many times and I can log in successfully but as soon as I try to set up a phone plan it makes me sign in again and again and again! please help ):

    Sometimes the website is a bit buggy, try to use Incognito mode or switch to a different browser. Sometimes it also helps to switch from desktop to mobile or vice-versa. Als please make sure that all add-blockers are deactivated for Fizz.
