hi i bought a new mobile phone from fizz and i had the approval e-mail from paybright but i didnt received a confirmation email from fizz that show how to track my order or a confirmation to tell me when i will receive it thank you

Indeed, usually Paybright issues are more easily solved by chatting with Fizz.
I dont use Paybright when i buy my phone but you are right you are supposed to get an email to confirm the order but be aware the tracking number take some day to come. Have a nice day :)
