Can't print my Internet Invoice
Hi
It has been few months now that i no longer able to print my Internet monthly invoice, as soon i click on My plans>Internet --> Transaction History my browser just keep spinning and i never got to see the invoices.
I have tried this on Chrome and Firefox and got almost the same result, as in Firefox it just refreshes the page and pack to the plans>Internet.
I need to find away and i must print the invoice for my employer every month.

Maybe it is a session of cache issue. Tyr the following:
- disconnect explicitly with the left menu option "►Log out"
- close all Fizz tabs in your browser
- clear your cache and cookies ( anything like *.fizz.ca )
- reconnect
Other things you can try:
- connect with another browser
- connect with another device
- use incognito mode
- make sure no browser plugin blocks the page

Using incognito mode and/or changing my browser usually does the trick for me. Maybe try this? I’ve just tried to download my invoices and it worked without problems.

none of the above fixed my issue, but i tried EDGE never used it and it worked.
really need to have an option to send invoices to an email address.

Well... I did write "connect with another browser". I know Edge is a bit unloved, but it is a browser 😉
