how activate my sim card ( iphone XS )

The phone need a QR code. They tell my my card is actived but my phone don't read the card

Are you sure your phone is not sim lock ? Im not a Iphone user but why do you need a QR code ? QR code is not for esim only ?

About card reading issues: sometimes just reinserting the card can do wonders. Try it. Otherwise going in airplane mode and back could help too.

Also what tells you you need a QR code? The phone itself? If so, this Fizz thread with a similar problem iPhoneXS says you could do otherwise. https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/2564281/cellphone-transfer-issue

Thanks @Idefizz so its confirm the QR code are for esim ( a virtual sim). Fizz dont offert esim so you should use a true sim (just insert in in the phone).

If the sim card dont work i think your phone is sim lock. Where do you but the phone ? From another provier ?

If its the cas contact the seller and ask for the unlock code. If its not unlock i dont no can you try the sim card in another phone to check if she is broken ?

Hmm, the phone usually doesn't ask for a qr code unless its an esim. The fact that it doesn't work on a different phone indicates to me that the simcard might be broken. Please contact Fizz support.
