Credit card charged twice and received email saying to update payment info?

I seem to be having this issuel and it all happened between 12 AM to 3 AM. Also got an email and text at 3:30 AM saying to update payment methods because apparently it was expired while its not.

    Checking your account I could see that you have been double charged as you've mentioned. Because of this, a ticket for the technical team was created and they are working on a fix. Please rest assured we are doing our best to fix this as soon as possible and refund you the amount that you've been charged for.
