I just order fizz today, works good! My apt number didn't work, I put the one up, how i changed the

When I ordered fizz I had to put my neighbours apt, because when I tried to put mine a message "Fizz is not available in your location" appeared. So my question is how can I change the apt number to get my bills or any mails. if is not available in my location?

    I suggest you reach out to support. The system won’t let you change it. Explain the situation to them. I’m sure they can help you. Welcome to Fizz :)

    Are you talking about the Fizz residential internet plan subscription?
    Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat if there is service with your real adress.
    To chat:
    First, log to your Fizz account.
    Then, click on:
    Click on the green interrogation point down to the right of the page and after to the green chat bubble.

    Thank you very much for reaching out to us.
    Unfortunately, there's no option to change the installation address for an internet appointment after said appointment was scheduled.
    Also, the installation will not be performed at an address different than your own so ordering an appointment at another place is not a solution.
    You will need to cancel the appointment and recreate a new subscription with the correct address.
    If you cannot subscribe at your address, I'd recommend you contact us directly so we can check on the availability for an installation there from our end.

    You just need to access an FAQ(link) like the one above, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the ? bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
