As per Lieux's suggestion, please try restarting your modem.
You can unplug the electrical wire from the outlet and wait a few minutes before retrying.

Adrina, did you verify with a speed test to see how much your actually getting and in if it's in line with your plan? Are you on wifi or directly in the modem?6
