    Apologies for the encountered issue.
    Please try rebooting your mobile phone and verify in it's settings if the APN are setup correctly ( if you are using an Android phone) or if you have the latest iOS and carrier updated to Fizz version 41. A few more helpful tips can be found here:

    Also make sure that your phone is compatible with our data frequencies so it can work.
