Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz

Apologies for the encountered issue.
Please follow Fizzy's suggestion regarding the phone reset as well as the FAQ? If you're using an iPhone, make sure that you have the latest iOS installed and if the issue still persists, go into phone's Settings and follow the path specific to your phone model/manufacturer to try changing network to Fizz EXT for a few minutes to test and after switch back to Fizz.
If you're still encountering the issue with making calls, please use the FAQ Fizzy provided and reach us by chat so we can test with you a bit more.
