Is it by Canada Post? Fizz also use courier for SIM card delivery.
Usually they will just leave the SIM card at your door.
If it has been delivered, but you do not see it, you will need to notify Fizz and order a replacement.

I received my first SIM card at my door and I received the second one from Canada Post. It took 4 business days (Canada Post)

Yes their deliver even on saturday.7

If you live in Montreal or it's suburbs fizz sim is delivered by an incompetent courier company, they leave the sim envelope at the front entrance door, where thieves steal it most of the time.
Check the front entrance of your dwelling, if not there order another sim from fizz or get one from Couce tard store, once activated contact support they will refund you for the stolen one.6 -

Can you please check if you entered the correct address on the order form?
If that is the case and the SIM was not delivered, I invite you to place a new order for a 2nd SIM card and I will issue a refund request for the 1st one that you didn't receive.
