No sound on phone calls?
Since transfering my phone to Fizz, I haven't had any audio on my phone calls. I can access my voicemail if I have a bluetooth speaker paired, but the same thing doesn't work for phonecalls. The phone call will connect, but there is no sound.

You have to do some tests with your phone. It can be a hardware issue or your phone settings need adjustment.
- When you receive a call, does your phone ring?
- During a phone call, can the other party hear you? If you do not hear the other other, can you try using the speaker phone, then try headphone, etc.
- When you are engaged in a call, try adjusting the volume settings.
You can also try swapping your SIM card with another phone to see if the problem repeats. This will help identify whether it is an issue with the service or with the phone/hardware.
