Can I change my installation plan?

I thought I choose to set up my internet by phone but I received an email saying that the technician will be at my place. Is it possible to change it?

No the technician must check your line, but if you have the coaxial cable already installed, he will only delivery the modem and check the line for the outside6

I have verified on your account and I see that you have set the installation appointment tomorrow, July 27, between 7:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M.
If you want to change it, you can go to My Plans >>Manage >>Appointment >>You will have the buttons Reschedule and Cancel.
