You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4 -

Olivier you should work for a customer service company. You have everything desirable. You are compasionate... Also your are compasionate. Well that's pretty much it.
Yuheng, I've bought an Add-on in the past from the website and it was pretty straight forward. So you're probably running into some bug that will probably only be solved by a Fizz employee.
