I have to much noise on all calls. what to do ?
I just moved to Fizz , and everybody calling me found that I have too much noise from my end , I tried the same phone with another sim provider , every thing was ok , whenever I switched to fizz I do have a huge noise, I tried to change my location but it is still on ,, I have it on 100 % of calls ..people even stop calling me on phone and prefer whatsapp because of this noise

I apologize for the noise you are using when you are making your calls, in this case, as Mike said, I suggest you contact our support department so that they can have a look.
Our contact methods can be found on the following FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, you need to be connected into your account and click on Help, which is on mid-right of your screen, then click on Contact Us, or simply click on the link I've provided.
Keep in mind that the answer on Facebook messenger is not in real-time and a delay can be between your question and our answer, that is why I suggest you contact us by chat for a better resolution in realtime.

I think it's an network incompatibilty problem with your cellphone or it's a network outage problem. Another person Vania got the same problem today so i think it's an outage or network problem. You can see Vania problem at: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2350203-noise-call-earphone
Wait 24 hrs at least to let fizz repair his network or contact a support rep!
Contact the support by login in your account dashboard then clicking the green chat bubble to ask a rep!
