Lost my phone with 4 day old Fizz SIM card inside.
Blocked/reported lost SIM to Fizz.
Received a new SIM in the post, but was told to get in contact for the Change SIM card process.
I would like to, if possible, keep my phone number and not pay for another monthly package on top of the one i paid for a few days ago? And also activate my SIM card fully once again.

Replace your phone and reactivate your suspended plan
To reactivate your Fizz plan:
- Order a new SIM card. Log into your account to order a new SIM card (My plans > Manage > Change SIM card). A new SIM card will be delivered in the following days, depending on the chosen delivery method.
- Acquire a new phone.
- Unblock your plan by sending us a form Report that you found your phone/sim
- Reactivate your Fizz plan on your new SIM card. When you have your new phone and SIM card, it’s time to reactivate your suspended plan on your new SIM card. This process will cancel your old SIM card. Log into your account to change your SIM card (My plans > Manage > Change SIM card).
If you found your Phone/SIM card, you can also reactivate your old SIM card / black list phone.

You should be able to do so using the same strategy as the first time10

Your Fizz number is associated to your Fizz account. Your SIM is there to link your mobile phone to the Fizz cell network and identify (authenticate and authorize) the physical phone to your Account, which also has a phone number associated with.
Therefore, you can change SIM cards and have your Fizz account (with the phone number) automatically (provided you reactivate the new SIM card as per Mike's post)8 -
No big deal. Use replace sim function.6
