While we still can't receive SMS from some short numbers, Fizz has no issues with spamming via SMS after 11 PM.
btw, all my communications preferences are set to email.

Yikes. I received my text from Fizz at 11am and also an email at 2pm.
How many texts did you receive?
If you are concerned with the timing, you should chat with Fizz support.

Sometime I receiving SMS at 1am, but my phone is in night mode, therefore I do not care and only important phone calls or text can go throw9

We also keep our phones on night mode.
A family member is with Virgin mobile and they have sent text out at 4am. Go figure.

My husband received this text from Fizz yesterday afternoon while I received it this morning at 4am! I’d say chat with fizz either with the chat bubble or on Messenger. I put my phone on night mode so it doesn’t bother me.7

Get use to it, also they send text when your plans renew, usually at 1 am7

My text and email about it arrived at about 5am this morning, even though my preferences are set to email only after other late night/early morning texts from Fizz.5

how they select time and customers?5 -
They are probably jammed on their server4

I also got the text in the middle of the night. Luckily Do Not Disturb was on!4

Hi Aleksey,
We are really sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you everybody for the feedback. We will improve everything.
Have a good one!

Put your phone into Do Not Disturb mode when you sleep.3

@Chris Putting your phone in do not disturb mode isn't terribly practical when you have elderly parents and young adults living away from home. I want either of them to be able to reach me in the middle of the night if it's important. I just don't want "congrats on your rollover" and similar texts from Fizz. Which is why I put my notifications for Fizz to email. But I keep getting late night/early morning texts anyway.3

@Mike, yes I could, assuming that I know every priority number that might call me, or maybe Fizz could just respect my communication preferences since they bothered to ask for them, or not send out promotional texts before 5am.1
