So since 2 weeks the wi-fi on my modem randomly drops, then reconnects 20-30 seconds later. It happens multiple times per day. It used to work fine, ever since I got it in May. Anybody know how to fix?

Do you reboot your modem regularly? Try that first.
Also there is a known weakness of this modem. I suspect you could be getting interference. Perhaps someone new moved to your area and now there is more wifi signals around you competing with the Fizz modem. If the issue persists, you have 2 options.
1. Use ethernet wired connection.
2. Put the modem in bridge mode and use your own router.
Hope this helps. Good luck!

Hello Jody,
Can you please tell us if the issue is solved using the instructions received here?

Nope none of that worked. I don't have a router to put it in bridge mode so that's the only thing I haven't tried.1
