Why didn’t I received the email to confirm my phone number transfer?

It told me it was going to sent me an e-mail to confirm my phone number transfer, but I never received it.

    It looks like Whizz is saying that you should alraedy have received email and text confirmation


    You can also tell that your phone number has been ported successfully when your old provider account is closed and the old SIM card no longer works.
