I need to cancel an add-on that I accidentally double billed because my transaction history page wouldn't load. Help chat button can't be found, either... Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately there is no way to cancel an add-on. It can be done by support only, and they refuse to do it.

I am really sorry, but once an Add-on is added to your plan, we cannot reverse it, because the system is designed to be automatically.
