500 minutes israel?

I'm experiencing the same challenge. I'm paying an extra 5$ on my monthly plan to have 500 minutes long distance calls to Israel, but when I call to Israel, I get a message saying 'your plan does not allow you making this call'. can anyone help out on this issue? since that Fizz does not provide customer support.

Fizz offres customers support by chat, facebook or using a form.
You should contact them by chat, I was always able to chat with the support4 -
You should confirm that the correct Add-On is active for your plan. Have you tried calling with "1" before the area code and also without the '1'?

Check with support. It seems like there is a bug preventing your add-on to be active1
