Payed but account still frozen 5 days

My payment failed so I made a payment on the spot my card was charged I even got an email and notification that my account is reactivated but then my account was frozen I kept on getting promises by agents on the chat that the "team" is working on it and that someone will get back but its 5 days and still no service?

    Did you put money on your wallet or you paid? Since on my knowledge you cannot force the payment, is an automatic procedure
