Why can I not call from my mobile device?

I switched to a Canada wide calling plan 2 months ago and it is charging me more but I still can't call.

    What did you try to do to fix the problem? Did you restart your phone? Does it say Fizz on the top of your phone? Is your phone unlocked?
    2 months without service doesn't seem right, there must be something not completed somewhere.

    You should contact Fizz as mentioned by others.

    Did you try only a specific prefix?
    I remember that I already read in the community that a specific prefix in Ontario was not recognized as a Canadian.
