Why can I not call from my mobile device?

I switched to a Canada wide calling plan 2 months ago and it is charging me more but I still can't call.

To chat with the support, make sure that:
You're logged into your Fizz account.
You're active on a help page. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).
You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.6 -
Pardon me to be a bit rude but does it really took you 2 months to complain about this? OMG!!! You're more patient than I am.6

What did you try to do to fix the problem? Did you restart your phone? Does it say Fizz on the top of your phone? Is your phone unlocked?
2 months without service doesn't seem right, there must be something not completed somewhere.4 -
You should contact Fizz as mentioned by others.4

Did you try only a specific prefix?
I remember that I already read in the community that a specific prefix in Ontario was not recognized as a Canadian.3 -
